Terms of Service

Effective date: August 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and related services operated by ThriveSource Inc. (“ThriveSource,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our contact and intake forms and call-booking tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

What we do

ThriveSource connects businesses with vetted, ready-to-work professionals across a range of roles and functions. This website provides information about our offering and lets you contact us, request roles, and book strategy calls. Any actual staffing or outsourcing engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between ThriveSource and your organization (a “Client Agreement”). If these Terms conflict with a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls for that engagement.

Informational content only

Content on this site — including role descriptions, pricing examples, estimated cost savings, and deployment timelines — is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of outcomes, availability, or savings. Final pricing, roles, and terms are confirmed in your Client Agreement.

Eligibility and acceptable use

The Services are intended for business users aged 18 or older. When using the Services, you agree that you will not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information through our forms or booking tools.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to access them by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Services, or use them to build a competing product or database.
  • Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or infringing material.

Intellectual property

The Services and all content on them — including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, and software — are owned by ThriveSource or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for evaluating and engaging our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our forms and booking tools, and you represent that you have the right to share it. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers — such as Cal.com for scheduling, Web3Forms and Google for form handling, and Vercel for hosting — and may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriveSource disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriveSource will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Liability arising under a Client Agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this section.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThriveSource and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
